Main Responsibilities | • Manage and oversee the team members • Maximise revenues and grow the property register • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients • Source new business and keep stock levels up • Keep eyes on the local market and competitor activity • Prepare contracts, documents, invoices, etc. • Response to Emails and phone calls |
Requirements | • At least 2 years’ experience in team management • Have sales experience, customer service experience, or back-office support experience • Ability to provide courteous customer service • Excellent ability to write and to speak in English • Have the legal right to work in the UK included YMS and Graduate route visa • Full driving licence preferred |
